These Legal Policies apply to every product sold and every service provided by McGregor Clan Inventions© Inc., including its Human Rights Consultation, ID Printing and Certificates, Trust Preparation, Eccentric Electricians, and Invented Products departments. By purchasing a product or engaging a service from McGregor Clan Inventions© Inc., you agree to the terms set out below.

PART 1 — REFUND POLICY (PRODUCTS)

1.1 A physical product may be returned within seven (7) business days of the date you receive it. After seven (7) business days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or other proof of purchase for every return.

1.3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received it, and whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within thirty (30) business days.

1.4 Items that arrive defective or damaged, or that are incorrect because of our error, will be replaced or refunded in full, including the original shipping charge. Please contact us before returning any item so we can arrange the return.

1.5 Except where an item is defective, damaged, or our error, return shipping is at the customer's expense. For items over $75, we recommend a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item.

1.6 Sale items may be refunded only where they are defective or damaged.

PART 2 — DISCLAIMER (SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)

2.1 The services of McGregor Clan Inventions© Inc. are professional services, and fees for services are non-refundable once the service has been performed, in whole or in part. This applies to, among others: human rights and general consultations; trust preparation and document preparation; and electrical services performed by Eccentric Electricians.

2.2 Custom and personalized work — including printed identification cards and certificates prepared with personal information — is non-refundable once printing or production has begun, because such items are made for one person and cannot be resold. If a printed item contains an error made by McGregor Clan Inventions© Inc., it will be corrected and reprinted at no charge. Errors in information supplied by the client are the client's responsibility.

2.3 If McGregor Clan Inventions© Inc. is unable to provide a service you have paid for, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid for that service.

2.4 Where a service has not yet begun and no work has been performed, a cancellation request will be reviewed by management, and any refund is at the discretion of McGregor Clan Inventions© Inc.

PART 3 — HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR A REVIEW

Contact us at consultants@mcgregorclaninventions.ca with your name, your order or invoice details, and the reason for your request. We respond to every request in writing.

PART 4 — GENERAL

4.1 These policies are governed by the laws applicable to McGregor Clan Inventions© Inc. Nothing in these policies removes any right you hold under applicable consumer protection law.

4.2 McGregor Clan Inventions© Inc. may update these policies from time to time; the version published on this page is the version in force.
